3. Beat Store Use

  • Purchase Terms: Beats marked as "exclusive" are available for purchase. Once purchased, the beat will be marked as "sold" and removed from the store.
  • Promotional Beats: Beats marked as "promotional" are free to download but require acceptance of a download agreement.
  • Download Agreement: By downloading a promotional beat, you agree to the licensing terms and restrictions outlined in the agreement.

4. Licensing and Ownership

  • All beats available for purchase are the property of Brit on the Beat or its licensors.
  • Purchasing a beat grants you a license to use the beat as per the agreed terms.
  • Promotional beats may only be used for non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense beats without explicit permission.
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source files from any beat.
  • Unauthorized distribution or use of beats may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Payment and Refunds

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a beat has been downloaded or marked as "sold."
  • Promotional beats are non-refundable as they are provided free of charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Brit on the Beat is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of beats.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, all access to purchased beats will be revoked.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
